For a Second Year RCR Associates President Chosen as Mentor for Babson Program
Rooney To Work with Undergraduate as Professional Mentor
Harvard, MA—For the second year in a row, Renate Rooney, founder and president of RCR Associates, LLC, has been selected by the Women’s Leadership Mentor Program at Babson College to mentor a female undergraduate.
The Babson program delivers expert mentor training to its undergraduate and graduate students. Participating students realize immediate benefits from these relationships, as they are able to learn from the practical experiences of their mentors. The mentors also benefit, as they gain key leadership competencies that can be put into effect in their own jobs and organizations.
"I’m excited to participate in a program that helps young women further develop the skills, confidence and network they’ll need to be successful in their careers,” says Rooney, a seasoned executive manager with a broad business background in strategic planning, finance, operations management, information technology, and mergers and acquisitions.
The Women’s Leadership Mentoring Program is a key component of The Center for Women’s Leadership at Babson College.
